Etymology[]
Yamato (山東?) - Yamato comes from Yama (山?) meaning "mountain", combined with To (東?) meaning "north". Yamato can be translated as "northern mountain". However "Yamato" might be a very obvious reference to the term yamato nadeshiko, a Japanese term meaning the "personification of an idealized Japanese woman" or "the epitome of pure, feminine beauty".[1]
Madoka (まどか?) - Madoka is a Japanese given name for girls. The name can mean "circle" (円?), "circle, flower" (円花?) or ""window, incense/aroma" (窓香?).[2]
